DESCRIPTION:

This position consists of general duties for daily operations at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave. The "Team Member" is a universal employee. Responsible for maintaining and assisting with day-to-day operations within the appropriate scope of practice.

*General duties include, but may not be limited to:
• Facilitating Salt Cave and/or Zen Den sessions.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Answering and returning telephone calls.
• Stocking shelving/assisting with inventory.
• Ensuring facility is clean and presentable.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists/answers telephones in professional manner, takes messages, schedules appointments, etc.

2. Opens and/or closes the Salt Cave subject to scheduled shift(s), conducts guest appointment(s), assists in the sale of retail via the cash register, retains and educates frequently with knowledge of all areas of technology, assigned tasks, etc.

3. Identifies area(s) in need of improvement and brings forth to Shift Manager, department leader, or General Manager. Provides a plan supporting the proposed changes and goals as necessary to provide the most optimal outcome with a focus to excellence in quality and hospitality.

4. Makes marketing calls and/or delivers products, informational material, runs errands, etc., on behalf of Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave to identified facilities when directed.

5. Holds general responsibility in guest satisfaction.

6. Supports and follows policies and procedures, as well as all employee benefits/incentive programs which may exist.

7. May assist with the interviewing / new employee training process on request.

8. Flexible hours according to focused tasks.

» Training will occur on-site. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, as well as any additional prerequisites set forth by Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave.
