My name is Cody, and I am the General Manager here at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave.

First and foremost, I wish to take this opportunity on behalf of all to extend my personal appreciation for not only visiting our website, rather, taking time from your day to learn about who we are, our staff, and potentially choosing Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave as a destination in the future!

I began my journey with Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave long before day one, when we officially opened our doors to the public for the first time. Prior to managing and overseeing the daily operations of the company, I had the privilege of being involved with the development and construction of our tremendously detailed, handcrafted Himalayan Salt Cave. Both prior to and during the period of construction, my fascination with the history of the Himalayas, along with the vast variety of 100% natural, chemical-free health benefits associated with Halotherapy only continued to strengthen.

To outline just a few details of my background and experience consists of Emergency Services; I am a nationally registered Firefighter/First Responder. Aside from, but in connection with this, I have a background in Healthcare; both skilled nursing and Assisted Living for our elderly population. In addition to Healthcare, my portfolio includes multi-business ownership and management, along with advanced certifications in the Information Technology (I.T.) realm, associated with graphic design, website design, application development, and many others.

Being a business owner, or being in a position that allows me to create and extend not only great products and services to the community, rather, create and extend employment to those who share the same passion and understanding of our growing community is wholeheartedly fulfilling.

I was raised right here in the Hocking Hills of Hocking County, where I still currently reside. Health, wellness, and family are the most important aspects to me personally. I have recently had the privilege of marrying my best friend in March of 2023, where both of us have a passion and experience within the healthcare industry. During my “free time,” I often enjoy woodworking, kayaking, camping, zip lining, and many others. Life is far too short not to be adventurous and try new things to enhance the quality of life we all deserve.

"Hello,

My name is Robin, and I am the Assistant Manager here at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave. I live in the Hocking Hills with my husband, Josh, where I have lived all my life. I have one daughter, Alexandra, who is currently a nursing student. I have a son, Justin, who has blessed me with a wonderful daughter-in-law and three grandsons. I enjoy baking, hiking, and spending time with my family and friends!

I love working at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave because I get to meet new people and hear about their different walks of life. In addition to this, I genuinely cherish time with my customers! Though unanticipated, some of my customers in the past have become great friends, and I look forward to their monthly visits! Working here at the Salt Cave has provided me with such a relaxing environment and atmosphere to work in. I love introducing Halotherapy to our new customers and enjoy hearing feedback related to their experience once the sessions conclude.

On a personal note – our Zen Den provides me with a great half hour of relaxation and helps me incredibly with my carpel tunnel. I love being able to share my own personal experiences regarding Halotherapy, just as well as the Himalayan Salt Domes we have equipped in our Zen Den.

"Hello,

My name is Emma, and I have been an employee at the Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave since January of 2022. Previously, I held the title of shift manager before taking a more “behind the scenes” role.

In addition to working at the Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave, I received my bachelor’s degree in accounting the beginning of 2023 and soon after started my career as a deductions coordinator at Rocky Brands.

Recently, I married my high school sweetheart of 8 years in January of 2023. Cody and I have a fur baby, Ollie, who is a Shih-Poo mix that we absolutely love! I enjoy traveling, baking, and playing video games.

A Little About Me:

"My name is Brooke, and I was raised right here in the Hocking Hills!

Thankfully, I have the privilege of experiencing the serenity of the Hocking Hills year-round! One of many reasons I love working at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave is I have the honor of telling all my guests about our amazing city, and what it has to offer travelers from near and far, and of course those who live in the area!

My boyfriend, Cody, and I have been together for 6 years and counting. Together, we have 3 dogs (our “fur” babies), Scooby (long haired Dachshund), Ellie-Mae (German Shepherd), Zoe (Shepherd lab mix), and 1 cat (Ziva). We love our animals like they are our children!

In my "free time," I love spending time with my family, animals, boyfriend, or working on my 'side hobby' making a variety of useful crafts!

In addition, I coordinate the local Hocking County Farmers Market, where I enjoy setting up at our local farmers market and festivals! Our Farmers Market takes place downtown Logan in the summer months! I enjoy seeing our local farmers, artists, and gardeners come together to offer our community and/or traveling friends fresh produce, baked goods, meats, and other homegrown, homemade items!

I am very family oriented, and a social butterfly. I’m very close with my mom and dad; I spend all the time I can with them. I have a fairly large family; 4 brothers, and 13 nieces and nephews (what a family, I know… Ha Ha).

I can hardly wait to meet you, and tell you all about our amazing town and of course all the beautiful sites Hocking Hills has to offer. *However, without question – your very first stop should include a purely serene, incredibly unique, and entirely new form of relaxation at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave!

“Hi!

My name is Morgan, and I’ve been an employee here at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave since April of 2023. Originally, I am from Groveport, Ohio, but have called the Hocking Hills my home since 2009 – way before it became the “massive tourist destination” it is today!

Aside from working at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave, since 2018, I have been a licensed independent hairdresser. I am fortunate to now be able to somewhat combine my two jobs together – at the salon, incorporating Salt Therapy with my passion for beauty, just as well as teaching my own clients about self-care. Your mind and body both crave attention – “feed it!” 😊

My favorite part of working at Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave is seeing my customers after their session. Maybe they come in tired, tense, or even somewhat ‘confused’ while trying to understand what exactly “Halotherapy” is. However, once their session has concluded in our Salt Cave, their shoulders have relaxed, and the pure look of “relief” on their face is always worth a thousand words!

With career aside, I have a beautiful Pit bull/Boxer mix by the name of Penny, and three ornery, royal cats: Ginger, Creed, and Kane. When I’m not cuddling with them or working, I enjoy working out, writing, and playing video games.
