Scheduling Policy

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Session Deposits: ✦ All sessions / appointments require a deposit to secure your seat(s) / chair(s) for appointment(s).

Non Refundable Deposit(s): ✦ All remitted deposits are non-refundable. There will be no exceptions to this policy unless in the event your appointment is canceled by a member of staff at Hocking Hills Salt Cave. ⚑ In the event you schedule an appointment with us, but are unable to attend the appointment for any reason: Kindly be advised your deposit(s) will not be refunded.

Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you have prepaid for your appointment in full and are unable to attend, you may be eligible for a partial refund for all remitted payment(s) WITH THE EXCEPTION of any deposit amounts (per person/seat/appointment). ⚑ NOTE: In the event you remit your payment in full, but do not show up for your appointment (no call no show), you will not receive a refund of any kind. Please reference the "Cancellation Process" section below for additional information.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Self Scheduling: All appointments scheduled by the guest (you) are completed electronically online. *Please Note: all persons in your party must complete the guest intake paperwork - see additional detail under the "Arrival & Paperwork" section below. __________________ ⚑ Notifications & Reminders: • Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive an automatic appointment confirmation email (sent to the email address you provided). This email will include all information pertaining to your appointment, as well as relevant resources, instructions, preparation guidance, and any additional information you should be aware of. • In addition to your email confirmation: If the telephone number you provided is a mobile number, you will receive an automated SMS text message confirmation for your appointment. ✦ You will receive both an email and text message reminder (if applicable) two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time on the day of your visit.

Arrival & Paperwork: ✦ All guests are required to arrive to their appointment at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time for check-in. During this time, all guests (excluding the guest who initially completed his/her paperwork online in most cases) are/will be required to complete the guest intake paperwork. ✦ Apart from gathering guest documentation, at the start of your check-in, we will settle any remaining dues (if relevant) before your session or appointment commences.

Rescheduling: All appointments that are in need to be rescheduled can be completed by the customer online. Deadline to reschedule your appointment is available any time, with the exception of eight (8) hours prior to the appointment(s) start time.

Cancellation Process: Any scheduled appointment for which you are unable to attend or need to cancel must be canceled online, or by speaking to a representative (during normal business hours) at least eight (8) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Kindly be advised: If you leave a message on our answering service, this must be completed within the prior eight (8) hour required time frame to avoid possible forfeiture of remitted payments. ⚑ In the event you have remitted your balance in full prior to your appointment, but do not call, show up for, or reschedule your appointment at least eight (8) hours prior to your scheduled start time (no call no show), any and all remitted payments will become ineligible for refund. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICES: ⚑ In the event you have not remitted your balance in full prior to your appointment, do not call, show up for, or reschedule your appointment at least eight (8) hours prior to your scheduled start time (no call no show), please be advised of the following: ✦ Hocking Hills Salt Cave reserves the right, may assess and apply a penalty up to 15% of your outstanding balance(s). In this case, Hocking Hills Salt Cave will automatically charge the debit or credit card on file, electronically, for this/these amount(s). ✦ In the event there is no payment method on file, Hocking Hills Salt Cave will issue an invoice (physically or electronically) within 15 business days to the primary contact for remittance of the payment. ⚑ Invoices must be settled within 15 days of their issuance to prevent further escalation, which may include appropriate legal action. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.

We offer our guests the ability to "pre-register" for their appointments online prior to their appointment with us. Please note: this option is only for guests who already have a scheduled, upcoming appointment with us.
